What is "Joy Rider"?
Joy Rider is a top down, tile based 2d racing game putting you in the shoes of a car thief, behind the wheel of his latest "acquired" car. You must help him get across town to his safehouse as fast as you can. A town can be a hazardous environment offering many dangers, especially to a fast moving vehicle. Get to the safehouse without smashing up your new car as fast as you can!
Who is it for?
Joy Rider is a game for ages 7+. The simple, fast gameplay will keep younger gamers entertained aswell as appealing to the more casual market, while the retro feel will attract older players too.
What platform is it on?
Joy Rider is being developed using Pygame for the PC, primarily for Windows and Linux operating systems.
